Agile isn't dead, you're just doing it wrong
Karolina Ochlik
16:30 – 17:15Redmond
Despite many people saying that agile has run its course - people and teams are struggling because they're stuck in outdated rituals - like they forgot what made it great in the first place. This talk will cut the crap and show how integrating agile mindset with modern DevOps and Platform Engineering magic can make teams move faster, work better together and actually enjoy building great software in 2026. Agile isn't dead or broken (although we're trying really hard to make it just that), it just needs a fresh approach.
