Data Transformation Specialist
About the role.
We are looking for a Data Transformation Specialist to drive process transformation and automation initiatives within Financial Information Data Operations. This role combines deep business knowledge of financial instrument data with strong technical capabilities to identify inefficiencies, redesign processes, and implement scalable automation solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across Switzerland, Spain, the UK, and Poland, contributing directly to strategic transformation objectives and operational excellence initiatives.

What You Will Do
Analyze existing business and data processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Design and implement future-state solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and data quality.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Drive transformation initiatives related to financial instrument data, reference data, corporate actions, and structured products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple locations.
Challenge existing processes and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.
Establish controls and monitoring mechanisms to maintain data quality and operational excellence.
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at modernizing and enhancing Data Operations capabilities.
What You Bring
Strong business knowledge of financial instrument data, namely related to: corporate action, reference data, structured products
Experience translating business requirements into operational and technical solutions.
Strong process automation and transformation experience.
Hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
3-5 years of relevant experience in data transformation, process improvement, financial data operations, or related fields.
Experience with: Python, SQL, other automation or programming languages
Experience with business process redesign and operational transformation initiatives
English (C1 level or higher)
