Developer / Tech Lead — Graftcode Impact Programme
About the role.
Remote · Project-based participation
Reward: €500 or €1,000 gross per qualifying project, subject to programme requirements
Build with Graftcode. Share your experience. Earn up to €1,000.
We’re inviting developers and engineering teams to join the Graftcode Impact Programme: build a meaningful integration, share what you learned with the developer community, and qualify for a financial reward.
Graftcode enables applications and services to communicate through strongly typed interfaces, reducing the integration code developers need to write and maintain.
The programme supports both new and existing projects, including open-source and closed-source software.
What you’ll do
Submit your project idea and publication plan for approval before participating.
Implement a functioning, technically meaningful Graftcode integration.
Publish original technical content explaining your implementation and results on an approved platform.
Reach the applicable organic traction threshold within the programme’s 60-day measurement period and submit evidence for verification.
Publication and traction are required for payment. Completing a POC alone does not qualify for a reward. The reward is €500 or €1,000 gross, depending on the applicable threshold achieved and subject to verification of all programme requirements. The maximum reward is €1,000 per project.
See the Graftcode Impact Programme Terms of Service — Graftcode_Impact_Programme_Terms_and_Conditions_v1.0_complete.pdf for approved platforms, traction thresholds and full participation and payment conditions.
What can you build?
Bring a practical use case: connect application components, integrate services across technologies, adapt an existing system, or demonstrate how Graftcode changes your integration approach.
Your submission should show a working implementation with a clear technical purpose. Project size is less important than meaningful use and practical results.
Closed-source projects are welcome. You do not need to publish proprietary source code, but your public content must provide enough technical detail to explain how Graftcode is used, and the implementation must be verifiable.
Who should apply?
Developers, tech leads, architects, independent builders, students and engineering teams who can deliver a working integration and explain it to a technical audience.
Practical experience with technologies such as .NET, Java, JavaScript/Node.js or Python will help you get started.
What you get
The opportunity to earn up to €1,000 for a qualifying project and publication.
Direct access to the Graftcode team for implementation support and feedback.
Hands-on experience with a different approach to software integration.
You retain ownership of your work. Honest technical feedback is welcome: rewards do not depend on expressing a positive opinion. Publications must clearly disclose participation in the programme.
This is a project-based incentive programme, not an employment position.
How to apply
Briefly describe your project, how you intend to use Graftcode, whether it is open source or closed source, and where you plan to publish your technical content.
