About the role.
YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and passionate ServiceNow HRSD Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) and a keen understanding of HR processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow HRSD features and updates (Including AI Agents), and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
YOUR TASK
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD applications and services including AI Agents
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Implement and maintain HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
Ensure the seamless integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow HRSD-related issues.
Stay current with ServiceNow HRSD updates and new features, and implement enhancements as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HR service delivery.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.
Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
YOUR PROFILE
Around 10 years of experience in HR processes, including minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow HRSD.
Strong understanding of HR processes, such as employee lifecycle management, case management, and knowledge management.
Experience in requirements gathering, and solution design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Basic knowledge about Generative AI in the context of ServiceNow platform. Ideally proficiency in Now Assist including AI Agents.
ServiceNow CIS-HRSD certification is preffered.
