Senior Operations Specialist, Driver Growth

HybridFull time2+ years

About the role.

Bolt is shaping a future where cities are built for people, not cars. What started as an ambitious project of a 19-year-old in 2013 has grown into a global mobility platform used by more than 200 million customers and 4.5 million driver and courier partners across 50 countries.

From ride-hailing and food delivery to scooters, e-bikes, and car-sharing, Bolt helps people move through cities every day. Small, autonomous teams drive this work, combining the speed and ownership of a startup with the scale of a global technology company backed by more than €1bn in funding.

And we're just getting started.

Why join Bolt?

  • Build the future of mobility and help transform how people live and move in cities.

  • Tackle challenges at scale that span technology, operations, regulation, and growth.

  • Take real ownership early. Small, lean teams mean your decisions matter from day one, and you'll learn fast alongside some of the best people in the industry.

  • Join one of Europe's leading technology companies, backed by world-class investors including Sequoia.

About the role

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Operations Specialist to own the driver and car registration funnel across our ride-hailing operations in Poland. You will dig into funnel data then design and drive the changes across the board, from a landing page to retention programmes.

In this role, you will work across analysis, execution, and partnerships: owning funnel performance end-to-end, turning data into concrete action plans, and building the external relationships to keep the registration process running smoothly.

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the driver and car registration funnel, tracking conversion at every stage from application to first ride, and know precisely where applicants get stuck and why.

  • Turn analysis into action: design, prioritise, and roll out changes that address the issues you uncover, then measure their impact rigorously and iterate.

  • Cooperate closely with outside stakeholders - to keep the registration process compliant, efficient, and driver-friendly.

  • Work closely with central teams to connect local execution with global strategy, acting as the bridge between Polish market realities and broader platform direction.

  • Build dashboards and reporting that keep stakeholders informed on funnel health, conversion trends, and the measured impact of implemented actions, enabling data-driven decision making across the team.

About you

  • You have 3+ years of experience in an operational/consulting role, ideally with exposure to driver engagement or commercial partnerships.

  • You are comfortable with data and dashboards, experienced with tools like Looker or Excel, and can translate numbers into clear recommendations and action.

  • You are a born problem-solver who can structure complicated issues into smaller components

  • You are experienced in cross-functional project management and can align diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver end-to-end with ownership and independence.

  • You are strategically minded, you read the market, understand what motivates drivers, and tie your analysis and decisions to tangible business goals.

  • You are fluent in English and Polish and a strong communicator in both, able to engage drivers, present to leadership, and negotiate with external partners with equal confidence.

Why you’ll love it here

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.

  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.

  • Take care of your physical and mental health with our wellness perks.

  • Celebrate 5 years at Bolt with a 1-month paid sabbatical to recharge.

  • Connect with colleagues at annual company events and smaller team gatherings.

  • Balance flexibility and in-person collaboration with our hybrid model, including at least 12 monthly in-office days.

Some perks may differ depending on your location and role.
